Return of Reckoning

The quest in IC called "Deathworn Crucible" seems to be missing some of the npcs it needs for completion, while there's a single Plaguesworn combatant (that I've at least found so far) for the credit, there are no Bloodfiend combatants for the quest credit.
There are several Bloodfiend assorted npcs/minions around the area the quest is supposed to take place, but they give no credit towards quest completion.
