HELP!

Hi,
My Twitch and ROR accounts are linked.
But i can claim my rewards cause only 2 characters appears in the list and i deleted them a long time ago. My actives characters, Order or Des, are not listed.
Please could you fix this?

Hello, do you have multiple accounts? if so your twitch could be linked to your inactive account

no, i have only one account.

You could try unlinking and relinking your Twitch/ROR. You should be able to unlink via settings>connections on twitch's website

I have a second account and i forgot it.
I linked the good/ative account with Twitch and it's functionnal.
