WAR was THE mmo of my youth and I'm hyped to see that the community is still gaming. Therefore i'll try to re-enter the game with my homie tonight. What side needs more new players, destro or order

Welcome back to the game.
I can't really answer your question, because I see both sides win. I'd say, come and join Sovereign Vanguard on Order side and see if you like it. Some things have changed since 10 years ago, but the server has a good population on both sides.
