Why is Sebcraw the Discarded unkillable?

Why is Sebcraw the Discarded in Sacellum dungeons unkillable? my level 18 sword and shield blackguard dies to 3 swings no matter what strat. Any tips?

He's bugged and doing way too much damage. It's on the bug tracker.
