Wife got interested after peeking the gameplay over my shoulder when i was testing the early game with a Shaman.
So, what would be good classes for duo of players who dont know absolutely anything about the game? Doesnt matter if its casters, melees, etc as long as its easy to get into and gets stuff done with minimal issues. Being completely new, we obviously dont have any gear/money/etc, so highly gear dependent classes propably not good for us at the moment.
Something tanky with something healy good in this game too?

Well since its two of you id suggest go for shaman and chosen.
chosen very straight forward tank class , easy to play and both 2h and SnB are great.
Shaman is great heal and can also be somewhat of a dps.
And both are needed allways in this game so wont be a trouble to find group and be helpful in orvr

ranged squig herder + heal or dps shammy (up to your preference, both works) is probably the easiest combo to start as, very efficient and versatile (you can do scenarios and rock, you can roam orvr and rock, you can join pug warbands and rock, basically whatever)
dont get caught, keep your distance, learn to kite and annoy everyone you play against.
however, for absolute endgame heal shammy starts to actually shine closer to BiS (its worse healer and requires way more efforts and game knowledge to be played well than zealot/dok before BiS) and SH is not stackable in warbands so its harder to join toptier content as one, but if only duo is assumed then out of other possible options its probably the least gear depandancy. keep in mind that it would be easier to level up shammy on your way as DPS but once you hit level 40 you would be kinda forced to heal in SC/oRvR (if your playtime aligns and you always play together then going heal on shammy is way more benefical, if you would play your shammy more than your would play SH then going DPS as shammy is more versatile and solo friendly option to spec).
Your other options are:
any tank + marauder
any two different tanks (two black orks is possible mostly for giggles)
any ranged dps + any heal
