Please do Another Birthday event & Twitch Drops & crafted Ring

Can the dev please do another birthday event with drops & add the ring crafting/vendors to make up for the reset & bring the hype back.
Over the event alot on new players joined & a big spike joined in NA but sad to say this reset has been 1 step forward 2 steps back & has done more harm than good even though we understand it had to be done.
Could you people do the birthday event with drops again & add the new crafting rings so we can forget about the reset drama & get the hype back & show the new players/community that its worth staying as well as giving a lot of the community a chance to farm the rings now knowing how important they are for some classes & that its worth farming them
