Return of Reckoning

I tried to use the built-in Layout Editor but does not seem to allow it?

Is there a way to move the Quest Window ( when you pick up quests ) from the left size more to the middle for better visibility? My head hurts having to look all the way to the left

Update: I tried to move it using an old addon called Windowmovers but it does not seem to help / work at all.

For now I can't find an addon for this purpose.
