problem with twitch account

Could not link Twitch account as you already have an account linked.
Client error: `GET https://api.twitch.tv/helix/users` resulted in a `401 Unauthorized` response: {"error":"Unauthorized","status":401,"message":"Invalid OAuth token"}
So im getting this error after trying to link the RoR account with twitch again. I guess it has something to do with me forgetting the twitch password, when i got a new one it disconected all my acounts and now I cant seem to conect it back.
