Return of Reckoning

Working as intended.Teleported twice out of fort while midfight.First time a relog solved the issue and i was able to reenter,second time not so much and i lost a fort.I suppose my s/b chosen was too op and me killing 2 orders crashed the system.

Add to bugtracker if you can please, and include all details! (Faction, playing defense or offense, stage and area it happened, etc)
