It is impossible to support a scenario when there is a lot of difference in renown levels, so I propose that for levels 40 there is a further division like 40-65 and 66-80+ or ​​something similar.

Sadly the population, at least during NA, is not robust enough to implement such a plan. You could maybe get away with something like this during weekend warfronts, maybe; but even then I doubt there would be enough +80 players on during NA to fill a 24 man roster.

For a six v six you could might make it work. I wish we had more boys to separate the queue into tranches. Alas and woe betide us.
