Battleground and equity.

Battleground are made for fun and challenge ( and also level up fast because there is nearly no pve in game and during level 20 40 nothing to do except that )
Actually a lot complain about premade but by my point of view this is not the actual problem. ( you can always be smarter and communicate )
Problem is unkillable healer or tank full gem +20 ( mostly when it's a premade of that )
I suggest that devs ( if you can ) turn gem to add 0 bonus point in battleground.
This will probably turn the game into something more fun for everyone .

Maybe put a vendor with pvp gem so peoples could buy them by effort , instead of depend on the market who is crazy for a new player...

I know its frustrating at the start, but stats in this game have less of an impact then it looks like.
Spells like Detaunt, Guard, Hold the Line, Challenge, Incoming/Outgoing Heal Debuffs, and Avoidance Debuffs (Numbing Strike and Drop da Basha) - things that can decrease or increase incoming damage/heal by up to 50% - have a much higher impact on kill potential then Talismans (or Gems as u call it).
One of the first things you learn as you start to play organized SCs, for example, is to coordinate Punting your target's Guard away so you can create a ~5 sec window where its actually possible to kill something.
You're probably not killing that Healer because you're going on him solo, and he can just press one button that decreases your dmg by 50%. Same as for that tank, you're not getting that kill if he is getting healed and you don't have a 50% debuff for his Avoidance.
One helpful and very basic thing to keep in mind as you start playing this game: Tanks Guard, Healers Heal, and DPS Assist each other. Its not easy to get solo kills in this game since Detaunt is a thing that exists. Start using Swift Assist (simple Macro that allows you to choose someone to /assist) - pick a strong looking fellow in your Scenario, and just go for the same targets and he does.

Rotgut i am not talking about gameplay but real " twink " that totally break the fun

This is the true problem and its not fixed by gameplay.

True, it is not only Gems/Talisman, there would be no recognizable difference. But Sov-Gear/BiS overall has often superior Stats by far. That can make one difference. It is much harder to kill one in Sovereign than below, you can check lot of gear-stats in wiki.
Another one is coordination of premades. You basically have close to 0 chance to win pug vs premade. That's why players complain and why match-making should be reworked. As pug-player you already wait up for hours to get a match without heal or something insane 6 dps vs. 2-2-2 or at least 1-4-1. Common state of answers is "learn to play" or "get a group" instead of addressing the core of that issue. These players use to ask for elimination of "surrender", cause they want "fair fights" but i guess it is only for their fair farm as there are no fair fights that way. They want easy progress and crests like all others so they optimize setup, coordinate on discord and know they will farm a lot of pugs with 500-0 wins.
As long as this is the only way the game provides progress i use to dodge solo-que or leave with quitter-debuff in a broken match without heal instead of wasting only one second. Or i get a coordinated group and farm pugs like hell. This is still redicoulus in my eyes but somehow wanted / not changeable for some reason.

I mean I get the problem as people using the bolster to get crazy good stats with potions and talismans slotted.
BUT, you can lvl up your profession while lvling and using war tokens for fragments (talis for example). As the quality limit (lvl) of talis is depending on equip level you can craft them yourself. Same goes for potions.
Usually, if you are in a friendly/good guild ppl will help you and maybe craft some good blues for you. If you have +19 slotted ... even if they are using 22+ ones ... that's not making a difference anymore.
If you have taken care of your equip, you will not be able to solo kill a good heal or tank as a DPS (well, sometimes). A good healer will use the detaunt ability and gets guard if getting focussed or dropping too much. So yeah, not gonna happen if the enemy team pays attention.
That's why its important that DPS classes assist each other (and tanks also support the dps on their target with some stuns, dmg, punting away guard tanks)... list goes on

this is why my suggestion to block talis or even buff pot in battleground is so great
Peoples can just focus on playing warhammer while having fun in bg , with just skill and class being important.
This will not stop bad player from losing or good to win. But it will stop peoples who think they are strong cause they use EVERYTHING a casual cant access to win

It sounds as this isn't the game for you. Talismans are actually quite cheap and easy to get (as long as you don't go for bis). The difference only become large between players completely ignoring talismans and those that don't. Just get some dirt cheap green ones and you are fine. Talismans allow for build diversity and as such add alot to the game.

This is actually a good idea. One counter which will invariably be proffered is, BIS talismans are already available in loot bags dropped from the Chapter Twenty-Two PQ's. But not everyone runs those PQ's and, unfortunately, few run them at all anymore.
Vendoring talismans would help drive down the cost at the market. They don't have to be cheap, but it would also give people something else to do with their crest. Healing potions are already available for purchase with war crest, so...
