Return of Reckoning

Launcher started crashing 2 days ago. Downloaded game again today and re-installed following all instructions in Install instructions. Event viewer shows games is crashing with:

I used the launcher that comes with a fresh install from Feb 2. I tried the launcherfrom the post and that worked.
