Return of Reckoning

Tried logging in to play this afternoon, but every time I click connect on the launcher, it doesn't load the game and after about three minutes I get a rather lengthy error message that I cant make much sense of. The game worked fine before I shut down my computer and went to bed last night, so I don't really know what happened. Here is a link displaying the error message I am receiving, maybe one of you can decipher it and tell me how to fix it?

It's a .net framework problem. try to reinstall it or try pts launcher that doesnt require .net framework.
