Buff Slayer's support DPS spells

Slayers seem like a tough class to balance. Right now their effectiveness in oRvR is pretty bad, but they are in a good spot in City and Small Scale (and that is with bugged ID).
Rampage and Procs nerfs (which include Reckless Gamble) made the class too weak compared to, well, the other two classes Order have any reason to field in a standard WB atm (BW and WL). Old Rampage is out of the question, buffing Slayer's dmg besides making all their spells work as intended could make them too strong in small scale, so what about giving them more "support dps" spells?
Marauders do less dmg than Choppas but you don't have a problem with fielding a couple in your WB for their AoE KD, Pulls, Interrupts and Morale Drain. Slayers have Shatter Limbs and an AoE Slow that drains their Rage. Its not as effective.
I propose we change No Escape so it doesn't drain or require Rage, and remove Cleft in Twain for some AoE debuff. A 25% AoE Incoming Heal Debuff (that doesn't stack with Deep Wounds, while also leaning back into the theme that Destro is stronger on contact and bursty, while Order has to hold and grind the enemy down) perhaps. Or maybe even a ST pull? Then we can use the best name for a spell ever proposed in this forum - Your Ax Is Mine.
