Return of Reckoning

Is there an addon that makes abilities go off on keypress instead of key release? This makes everything feel faster.

It is possible to do.

This addon does it but only for specific abilities (ground targetable):

It can easily be changed to work on all abilities.

Would be awesome if someone talented with addons could make that work
