Hey all.
Whats the best in slot gear for endgame runepriest healer? RvR healing mostly. Ty all in advance.

6Triumph + 3sov
2 gen
Heal regen pocket and +1 ap pocket
Fort staff
For scen/small scale would change to 5 sov 4 triump

The triumph proc got nerfed so i wouldnt recommend 6 triumph at the moment.

The Triumphant proc is still the best possible thing to run. What are you gaining when you lose it? Even if it's only 25-40% uptime now.

And by the time he gathers the ~25k crests needed, they are probably gonna nerf/fix the heal master rune so it no longer procs (also nerfing 4p Tri), losing at least half of the already nerfed uptime.
A lot of RPs will probably settle for the pre-triumphant ring BIS, unless they are swimming in loads of crests or ring get a 80% price cut.
