As much as possible for both I‘d say

With the priority of BS/WS/ranged Crit/Wounds and bis gear (triumph/sov or triumph/wl/sov) you can end up with 1000BS, 700WS, 35ish ranged crit and around 7-8k wounds unbuffed.

This can depend highly on how you focus your build (Crit oriented, max WS or mixed with also up to 9-10k wounds).
