SC Eternal Citadel start spawn fix please

In Eternal Citadel, destro always starts on top and order starts on bottom portal. Often times at least 4 players are stuck inside each other because of collision right after teleporting in, which gives destro the opportunity to punt one or multiple players off the map in the first 5 seconds if they are fast. I have done that myself on mSH, and if you can get just 1-2 players off the platform it's an instant win for the first fight.
This doesn't make sense and should be fixed by spawning destro on the opposite bottom platform when the scenario starts. This should also prevent the entry stuck because the spawns are far enough away from each other. You can still keep the rotating spawn entries afterwards, but the first is most important and should be balanced.
