After a keep capture, let Lord be resurrected if BO are contested for 30min or 1h

Today, we had one of the best RoR afternoon we ever had. We contested Lord for a long time, and after Destro killed him, we contested the objectives on Black Fire Pass for 1h30 !

This led to constant action, with a purpose : NOT letting Destruction taking our beloved map. It led to skirmish fights, 12v24 wb fights, roaming, kiting, making strategies and embush to block Destro from taking it. We had a blast.

But in the end, we knew the map was lost, despite all our efforts.

Please dev team, let the Lord resurrect after a 30min or 1h timer if the defending faction manage to contest. It makes objectives important, a thrilling action, and a comeback possible !

Had a blast defending BFP yesterday.
Something was definetly missing when we log of after 1h+ of preventing lock knowing that it will locked 2 min after we log out.
A mechanic with lords reviving would make an incentive to def until the end !!

I dont disagree.

The game used to have a wincondition where you could spawn a ram at your WC in the rare case of you would have lost your keeplord, the keep was a ruin and the other realm had been crushed to a momentum swing where you could potentially hold both the keep-ruin and attack their keep at the same time to not lose the zone.

This made sense with 3 pairrings open, as the other zones could potentially be hit while defenders had to defend the keep ruin and then choices had to be made between staying in the zone and attempt the hard-mode lock or swap to the other open pairring zones where the next keepsiege might happend to drag you away having to pick which zone to give up.

A good suggestion, likely leading to more action in the lakes. And a relatively easy to implement first step on the way to a full rework of the open RvR campaign - if such a rework is something the team is interested in.

It makes sense. Order has been gaming SOR to pull Destro into sieges or bothering to fight in zones with no hope of winning. With this idea, Order can just sit in PVE until the keep is taken and then retake keep later for bags. I mean, Destro are just NPCs at this point. Why wouldn't the GMs do this?
