Simulated "Miss" for mdps

I realize slayer/choppa have just had their parry dropped. I'm not sure parry was the problem. Say for those melee classes that can also front load burst the crap out of everyone... The hit rate is the real problem in my view with mdps. With the strike through of most mdps being so stout, even the renown rank points stack of +18% makes little difference. You need to stack Items with 2%+ parry on them to feel a difference with melee evasion. My suggestion would be to increase the base parry to better simulate melee "misses". Melee should miss occasionally. It's a melee attack, you can't actually aim. It's just simple too hard to parry in this game with high level strike through.
