Return of Reckoning

I'm fairly new and I'm just wondering what the difference between the BG and the IB are? I have a 20 something IB so I have an idea of how the mechanic works but beyond that it looks like th3 BG has more sustain through a bubble and self heal as well as more debuffs while the IB has more support and buffs. If that's so why isn't the BG seen as more useful as I imagine debuffs are better for WB than buffs that only effect a couple of people.

They are very similar, mainly IB is more defensive in terms of tactics and buffs where as BG is more offensive. BG is very useful, in WBs you want one 2H for the 10% crit buff. In general though both are very good and both bring strong buffs/debuffs in both Snb and 2H spec.
