Did they change the tactic where you put out a healing debuff on crit?

You are thinking of Disciple of Khaine healdebuff. BG healdebuff is outgoing only, and on casting Mind Killer, not on crit. BG reduces wounds on crit, not healing, with left tree tactic. This has been the case since at least 1.4.8.
