More reward if door is broken, and extra based on number of attackers.
I'd also like to suggest throwing champs outside the gates, as well as add patrols, just like the game had at release. Triple the guards for first 30 minutes after a keep take, double for following hour after that. Holding BO's should reduce outside champs as well, much like in DAOC. This should help discourage some late night keep swapping or x-realm D ticking by protecting the gate.
Bottom line is with alts, influence is the real grind in this game. If 1 realm is zerging, we need something the underdog side can do for it, and give an Against All Odds bonus for renown & inf in RvR.
