Return of Reckoning

Hello everyone,
I recently noticed that most of the Sov/Alt-Sov/Warlord 8pc granted abilities with 2 minutes cooldown have been changed recently. From conversations I had that seems to have happened during December 2023 with the Ability Rework. Regardless, I wanted to make this post because the old guide (viewtopic.php?t=40739) is currently outdated.
Also keep in mind that I do not own all these sets so what I'll be showing here assumes that the abilities work exactly as presented in the ability database

Last thing before we begin, this is not a balance discussion thread. It's just a resource to refer to if you wanna check those bonuses in a fast manner.
If the old guide can be updated then I will gladly delete this post.

By the beard of Zeus! I know it's an 8-piece ability with a 2min cooldown, but damn that's strong.

Yep, Chosen has it too. And if the database is to be believed, they can cast it from 100 ft

imo these skills should be with 1 min cooldown since you lose quite alot of stats from going full set so to be with morals cd sounds better trade off. 2 mins is just too much, no wonder that beside shamans/AMs almost no other class use full sov and even for them is debatable biss.

Just make it 1 min cd so we got more diversity and options for gearing
