If you have 5+ genesis crests you cshould buy subjugator cloak and trade it for smuggler's Wpn, Its madcap with the 360 dmg proc. And you definetely should go for 4 piece Rare Fortune and this spec RoR.builders - Engineer you will have most impact at low lvl because 25% Cooldown stacks with rare fortune 05s cast time reduction so 3s Snipe becomes 1.7-1,8s.
If you want more of a kiting build slot very slow wpn, Some 36epic quest is 4s and gutslime + some lair wpns are as well. Slot faster auto attack tactic with auto attacks on move you will be surprised about the dmg and effectivness! RoR.builders - Engineer
