Sov 8pc bonus is great (10sec crit immunity for the whole party), but I tend to lean more towards 6pc sov+3pc tri. I play mostly smallscale and I get focused a lot there, so my gear is obviously targeted at that environment. Lot's of wounds helps you recover from kd+burst damage.

What I run on my shammy: https://killboard.returnofreckoning.com ... 317/armory

Imo gather both and swap depending on environment.
7 sov and 2 HV set is also potent and you pick all from heal tree and keep ap proc on casting heal which is much batter for hot oriented healer

For weapon slot i would argue that blue scen weapon is best or very close to bis

8sov for anticrit is insane now because it affects whole group instead of just defensive target. too good to pass up imo, 7/2 and 6/3 also playable but imo in most cases the anticrit is going to be better

Full heal sov, 2 heal crit annuli or two heal genesis, anathema staff, full heal crit - works in large scale orvr, scs and dungeons.

It's a hidden quest in Barak Varr. It's located way north in the "Long Drong and the Slayer Cove" PQ, a snotling's foot on the shoreline.

used to be defensive target, but it's whole party since ability rework which makes it insanely powerful

Full sov is the way to go. Anticrit is an insanely strong ability, if you're running anything other than that you're wrong!
