Return of Reckoning

I don't see why on the destro side no tank (originally it was chosen) has a tactic to reduce the dmg of opponents.
This was taken away from chosen and given to SM.
I suggest going back to the roots.
Remove the Daemonclaw tactic.
Remove the Corruptive Power tactic.
Remove the “Relentless inflicts Spirit damage” component from the Oppressing Blows tactic.
Restore the former Crippling Strikes tactic in place of Daemonclaw.
Crippling Strikes - when the target receives critical damage from you it deals damage reduced by 20% (original was 25%. 20% as much as SM).
By the way, it would reduce chosen solo roam potential a bit (which he constantly complains about order. They would have to learn to use like they used to with Ravage.

What about oppression?

Oppression back is must have as well. Vigilante 2h for knight as well. Crippling strikes should make come back and Rending Blade becomes good. Knight should get original runefang/Mighty Soul back so it can be effective 2h again.

I didn't mention Oppression because that would require a change in Knight as well. But I agree with you that in both cases the shield requirement should be removed.
Knight elemental dmg tactic was totally ok not sure why it was taken away.
