Tier 2 and Tier 3 PvE gearing

Hi team,
Just wanted to see if there any instances for tier 2 or tier 3, similar to tier 1 with the keeper set from sewers/sacellum, that could be used instead of the grind for getting mayhem/ruin ? I might not know the best places for mayhem/ruin farm but it's definitely tedious to get this done on characters just wondering how if at all we could make this be a little more than a grind for players and have a dungeon or something that could be fun to experience while getting the gear through another quest line or two?
