Auction House Issue – Missing Items or Gold Refund Request

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I encountered in the Auction House today (December 7th, 2024) at approximately 10:45 PM server time. I attempted to purchase three (3) stacks of six (6) Major Talismans of the Rival (+17 Strength), each priced at 10 gold, for a total of 30 gold. The transaction went through, and the gold was deducted from my account; however, I did not receive the items in my in-game mail.
I have double-checked my mailbox, including the auction tab, but the items are not there. This appears to be a bug or a system error.

Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate either:

The delivery of the three stacks of Major Talismans of the Rival (+17 Strength) I attempted to purchase.
A refund of the 30 gold deducted from my account.
