Influence disappeared

On my order character Coltek (Engineer) I logged in today and all of my influence for every area including the RVR area has disappeared. It is also locked at 0 and no matter how many BOs I take or people I kill influence pops up over my head but does not add to my influence. If possible could this be looked into?

I was under the impression that you cannot earn influence regardless. How can you keep track of it to begin with?

I did try the relog but it didn't work. However, it seems to be just the display in the book that is broken because I can still get the rewards from the rally master even though the book shows 0 influence.

Yes, in the ToK.
Thanks, I believe the system was xxxxxx easier to manage back in WAR
