What is required to purchase Apostle's Blasta of Anathema weapon ?

That is 61RR SC weapon. First you need to buy the previous weapon "Apostle's Blasta of Tyranny" then you can trade that weapon + 1200 crests for Anathema weapon.

You can find the vendors for these weapons at the undercroft in IC.

yea expensive

its expensive, you can run Bloodlord weapon whilst you save, you do lose some tough, armour and wounds for a bit more melee/heal/magic power so not perfect, more of a glass cannon approach, but I find it makes for a nice interim weapon - although I like to stack melee/magic/heal power as I gear up warlord / sov / off sov / vict / triu etc so fits well for me, but may not for you
