Can't enter the game

hi, i was playing and got a ctd. Now i cant enter the game with any character. when select a character and click enter it goes neverending loading screen or go to desktop. thx

Hi,

When you are in the loading screen have you tried using the /stuck command a few times to see if this resolves the issue?
