I need cloaks

Hey guys, how are you?
I would like to know if there is any post or if someone has documented at some point all the ways to get capes in the game without relying on events.

Unfortunately, all the new ones are tied to events. However if you are looking for the original unique cloaks you can either go to
Gaiscioch and look through the zone guides for cloak entries, or use the Tome Titan addon, which has similar content to the guides. Oh, and you can go to
Unrealguild for guides to the faction cloaks.
