RoR.builders - Witch Hunter This is one is good.
RoR.builders - Witch Hunter This is optimal imo. Spec full disrupt from renown and you have 7s 100% Disrupt Relic that is very powerful because you can have 4 dps AM dots on you but you use Shroud relic and they all disrupt. Btw not even morales can do that, because once the effect is on you ,it cant be disrupted/parried/dodged on the dot ticks. Except with this We/Wh Relic/Elixir.
50% Crit dmg tactic + 25% Armour pene + Flowing Accusations are the must needed for this build. Vindication on top of this is very big potential dps. 5 Accusation Bal and few second before 5 Accusation Trial by Pain/Absolution so Bal last tick gets 25% Armour penetration as well. If you can get 4 Onslaught 4 Sove for 27/9 Critical dmg+Crit proc. Bloodlord 2.8s Sword + 800 Armour debuff proc Pistol
You can do this build and use Sanctified Bullets+Absolution spam = Constant 25% Armour penetration.

99% of the time I run:
1- STR
2- +50% crit
3- AA haste
4- flanking
Classic bal, kd, repel for all situations. You have many choices here depending the gear. I'm lazy and I don't swap tactics I simply take the right targets according with my spec.

The best tactics are to reroll regen welf or something else. The witch hunter is a soloist that cant solo against other solo specs.

Ignore Salazarn, currently wh works a lot better than regen WE.

Change the last tactic based on opponent- remember you can change tactics and Bullets without leaving stealth. Str if you aren't close to soft cap without, Vindications vs casters assuming you got enough disrupt. absorb tactic when you need a bit more sustain, Atonement or Fanatical Cleansing for general more dmg.

Too little effect to be worth it. Remember that between m1 and Repel Blasphemy you already got 12 sec of 100% parry, while from other hand you got a lot of other tactics with better effects which you want to use.

Interesting build but you're gonna miss out on some stuff like shroud of magus to pull it off

There is a very specific parry tactic build I run, with Righteous Steel (+10% parry), Riposte (deal undefendable damage when you parry), and Full Confession (allows Confess! to be used without action points, and will almost always crit). You can fill in the fourth tactic with anything that you feel fits, Brute Force (extra strength) is always good until you reach the cap, as is Emperor's Ward (25% chance to absorb damage). Sanctified Bullets allow you to heal when using Blessed Bullets of Purity, but you need to invest in a skill tree for that. While the parry build isn't what many would consider to be meta, it's fun.
Long story short, if you run Confess! you should be using Full Confession.
