[DoK] questions about gear, stats, etc

So I hit being able to do T2+ yesterday on my DOK. The thing is I have no idea how to gear him out or how to effectively heal in a group setting. I know how DOKs are supposed to be frontline healers instead of backline healers like Zealot & Shaman. I'd prefer to be more of a backline healer but given the small toolkit for healing as a DOK I feel that might not be very feasible in practice. I may be wrong and welcome being shown how to be a backline healer. So that brings me to the main reason for the post, how do I go about gearing, gemming, etc a DOK for T2-T4 ORvR content? Should I get gear with willpower and slap in willpower talismans or should I be going for the melee-centered gear with strength or go with strength gear slotted with willpower talismans? I don't plan on doing solo anything because I know how it feels getting ganked by an opposing faction's WB (or even just 3-4 opposing faction players roaming around) from either running to a BO/keep/fort/etc or turning the corner and BAM a full warband is there (GG Praag lol).

Just use rvr sets (dominator, annihilator, etc) and slot wounds talismans.
Weapons, jewelry, accesory => check the influence rewards from.rvr zones, there are some nice epic pieces. Or just buy the PvP weapons and rvr accesory.

i'd recommend spiritual refinement (heal crit) and vigor (wounds) to the max in that order, and stick the last point in reflexes at rr80.
i'm running 5 sov/4 tri, with both my wounds and willpower just over 1000 buffed and 40% heal crit.

Well, op was asking for low level advice...anyways i always try to be more defensive...more since the aoe detaunt nerf, and now with the icd of khaines bounty maybe more lmao

fair. i still recommend pushing for heal crit and wounds as soon as possible. i'm still running khaine's bounty and my absorb stats remain pretty awesome... definitely going to keep it in my tactics.
