If paint anything other than white here, it will feel awkward (like rubber) (Shiny texture example)
Can you remove the glow?

@ I used a translator so the writing is very awkward.

Is the cloak dyeable if you use the dye all trick?

Take off all your gear except the cloak and go to a vendor with the dye option. Select 'dye all' and see if it will take a different color.
