Return of Reckoning

Me and my guild was doing a Runepriest wb tonight. But during our warband, rune of battle got disabled while we were raiding.

Why did it get disabled? There are plenty of skills that work similar way as Rune of Battle, so there's no exploit there. I can give a list of things that would do same thing

Rune of Battle was temporarily disabled by Max while he investigated rumors of something being bugged with it. It has been re-enabled.
