Hello, sorry to disturb again

I'm rank 28 Choppa and I bought the devastator set, I equipped 4 items only because the chest is for rank 29
but I don't get the bonus of the 4 equipped pieces of the devastator set, is it normal ?

I tried /reload and relog, but no changes.

Do I need to be rank 29 to start having bonus from the set ?

Update : I think it's a screen bug. I did the stat calculation and it add up with the bonus of the set so it's working even if it show 0/5 equipped piece.
