PVE : PQ / Boss system loot

Hola, few pve feedback:

Loots going for the higher dps
Granted kill / loots should go to the party / solo dude with best dps yet it seems totally random
Never tried fleshrender boss but anytime I would solo a boss doing 90% of the dps (like for the Kegs backpack) anyone could ninja the loot with few hits

Bonus roll value of PQ
Might lower it for people to need real contrib to get gold
For example;
Everytime a random guy just dps the last boss and get the gold
Even more, one time on chosen, my aura hit a mob where 2 people were farming PQ in t2
Got a gold bag and none for them

Debuff that kills you if you don't have the level required
Adding an extra instant 30k is a bit silly, my friend had to die few times before we figured it was not a normal hit (and he was just 2 levels short)
Could be nice to remove this as I don't see the issue with low players tryhard when they can
It is even more illogical as you can rush the boss with a rr40 and the low level standing afar, while he would be able to solo it

T4 lair boss
Seems a really good idea to boost them
Could be even better to make the fights suit for a full 6 players party and to add interesting loots (or unique item skins) for each one
