Hi,

I often do warbands with some guild members and we rack up a good number of kills, but for example in the land of the dead summary it did not show our guild even though we were in the top 3 for kills overall -- how many guild members do you have to have in the warband for it to count as "guild kills" - do you need a full 6, or 12, or 18 or 24? Based on the summary, the top four guilds had 35, 16, 15, and 12 players there -- those also happen to be the top four guilds in the scenario summary even though our wb did have more kills our guild didnt show up.

Based on this I would guess need at least 12 ppl in the guild in your wb at time of the fight.

It's not warband kills that matter its individual guild players kills that matter. And it's kills not KBs. (could be wrong though )

Should be correct

killboard assigns the kill to the player who inflicted the most damage, so not necessarily to the one who inflicted the final blow. open a combat and you will see the % of damage dealt by each player and the skill used

So if your guild members are only tanks and healers in the wb, and dps are all from other guilds, those guilds will effectively "get" the kills for their guild's leaderboard?

More or less.

Healers basically don't get kills.

Tanks will get very few relative to dps.

There are a few 2hand tanks running around that have 10k+ but theyd probably have 20-30k+ if they played a dps class instead. It's not uncommon to see rr80+ tanks with only a couple hundred. And currently you can get 100-150 pretty easily on any class in t1 alone.

Exactly. That's why killboard is meh imo. It doesn't trully show who is the strongest players. Maybe the need to add a few other top 10's Most heals, Most Protection, Most rezzes, Most out of Pary healing. Give some love to support classes. I can guarantee you without good/great support from heals and tanks, those "elite" dps toons would be mediocre

the guild killboard should split the amount of kills with the amount of members in the guild.
Now it only shows the biggest guilds that are active.

This is true as well. Want big guild number of kills, get a lot of members, every kill counts.

Dont forget most assists.
