Is it possible to remove the fog?

Does anyone know if it is possible to remove or reduce the fog that remains on the horizon?

I also don't like it when too much fog and if somehow possible to increase the draw distance, it would be great

Same question reversed, is it possible to reduce distance view ? Maybe with an addon?
Even at minimum, in compare of where enemies are shown, there's a lot displayed that could be hidden
(Would help my poor laptop survive lotd)

I even noticed in Classic WoW the drawing distance of players is further than here

The fog probably servers to hide the distant terrain a bit. You don't want it to be crystal clear. I won't look good. More fog I say. Bring the KV fog that's in PVE into the lake. That would be cool.

Anything is possible with the right tools and elbow grease, is it something we will do, not likely.
I am not at home to check because, well I have never wanted to remove the fog, but I would check settings to see if their are any of the tic marks you can check or uncheck that could help. I know there are draw distance settings in the client.
