Magus influence chest possibly bugged?

The Magus rr18 influence chest used to have 14 wounds, 14 toughness, but now 14 initiative replaces the toughness stat. Are these the correct stats for this item? I ask because when I noticed the stat change a few weeks ago, I switched to woe. But with the implementation of better talismans, it would be much better for me to use the inf chest supposing it was wounds/toughness. Thanks!!!
