Regearing and dumping shield spec.
Seen the 5x WL, 3x Sov/Soul
Seen the 3x WL (jewel), 3x Vic (jewel), 3x Sov/Soul
Not sure what to chase after...
Thanks!

standard bis is 5 warlord 4 vic (warlord shoulders, cloak, chest, gloves, ring + vic helm, belt, boots, ring). bloodlord/fort weapons as usual
5wl/3sov build is very outdated and inferior
3sov/3wl/3vic will net you more wounds at the cost of a lot of damage stats. you can just slot 2-4 wounds talismans in the 5warlord/4vic mix and have better damage stats with similar wounds as 3/3/3

Makes sense, thank you. Can also get that going without waiting on the jewel for a bit.

yes, the jewel really is only giving the -stat to enemy +ini to self proc. it's very strong proc of course, but this is not necessary especially if you have for example shaman to debuff enemy with yer a weaklin and zealot to buff you with ini. the proc's values are higher than these buff/debuff from allies, but not by super much.
