Improved Targeting

Heya
Presenting few ideas,
-Doors/Gates (and Boxes) :
They appear as an enemy target
Except Keep Door, it would be nice if they weren't a target at all
(High Pass Tavern/Tower or Praag Cemetery/Manor for example)
-Heal and Rdps cast :
Each time the friend/foe goes out of sight, the cast is interrupted
Although this seems normal for channeled spells,
Normal spells/heals could keep loading and be casted if the target is visible at the end
Edit :
Add options for the "Tab" key :
-Target Range
Target from further away, to match the max range of abilities
-Target Players only
Cycle just real players (no npc / pet)
