At least this is the "Shaman'shammer Return of reckoning" or a game for all ? The question is to "be or not to be"? No.The question is why the shamans have too power and the all other chars is too bad ?

Shaman and the mirror class Archmage, are so OP. This is because they are the least broken class mechanic. Thus making it unbalanced, so all people roll a rank 10 shammy/AM cause their stats don't work. Abilities are messed up.

Ok i understand this, and wait for something better, i believe in you guys, i am sure for the better days incoming, any day many of warhammer fan's join the game, let's try to all to rise this loved game

It will eventually be there. T1 will be soon but anything beyond that, mmmm no. There's a lot to do. Abilities are in the mix and something will be sorted.

It's not just that they are the "least broken," it's also that their big damage spells (bunch o' waaagh and searing touch) do twice as much damage as they should. If this damage ticks once per two seconds as it should instead of once per second, the OP problem is fixed. But I do not presume to grasp the programming priorities of greater minds than mine...
