Having read the stickies, oops not a good password.

Okay, so now that I've screwed up and can't get to my account, is there anyway to get my password reset so I can get characters back. I confirmed I could start a new account but I'd like my old guys back. The readme stickie said no numbers or special characters in the password. Ouch. That would have been useful earlier. Lol. Anyway, I was able to log in with a "bad" password for a few weeks. Now I can't get in. Says incorrect Username or password. Just want to see if it's possible to actually get the account back.
