Any big dogs dps runie here ? Is new dps build playable ? cus this skill 2.5 cast just killing me.. Its become 4-5 sec cast if someone hitting you. I cant take stagger with build, how play this shiet ?! No way i could kill a single WE when she start from invis

Fulmination is not for soloing as it stands, it's for group play or zerg-surfing when you won't take hits.
2.5s cast is ridiculous outside of that, but will let you break into 8k 3s burst range (for what that's worth).
And if you insist on using it solo do so with Grimnir's Shield up to avoid setback.

Should prolly be 2s cast and +25% from Blazing Runes.

doea not feel like changes were made out of love for the class but more mathematical.
