Return of Reckoning

I don’t understand why it won’t let me equip it, my character is a Knight of the Blazing Sun, he has 16 rank and a Renown Rank of 17, the chain require a level of Rank 13 and Renown Rank of 9, when I bought the item it asked if I’m sure if I want to equip it (bound item) I clicked yes but nothing happened, I tried re-logging and see if it worked but nothing happened.

Have you already got one equipped by any chance? They're unique equip if I remember rightly (can only use one).
