Return of Reckoning

I recently picked up the game again after many years and made a new character to do some RVR. During keep sieges, i keep seeing spam about using abilites to buff and heal the ram, but at level 31 on my WL; or have yet to get the skill to buff the ram.

Is there any reason why all classes are not just getting all their keep siege abilities at 16? You still wont be nearly as useful for a WB at level 16, but i dont see why you should not be able to help out a little by using your keep siege skills, once you are able to visit the zones.

Just like Guard and Revive was streamlined for new players, Siege abilities should be available at 16 too, agreed!

Siege abilities are tied to renown rank.

Ah, so its a technical problem to make players get the earlier?
