Hey guys,

How do you fight WHs and what's the most difficult part in fighting against WHs?

Follow the same rule as street fighting. You have to get in the first hit.

Spec regen WE, you auto win vs any WH. You may even beat two at once.

WE is the dumbest deftard class you can play and almost garanted to win. Hopefully the rework remove all the dumb deftard stuff like the absorb tactic and put more abilities to do more burst dmg. I preffer to die quick than fighting something harder to kill than a tank and keep running away throwing daggers just kill the immersion of the game. Pretty much abusing the fact defencive stats in this game is 3times better than offencive spec unfortunatly.

Ive met several of those with my tank. Watching their HP never go below 90% makes me question my choice to play this game.....

I have never used a regen spec on my WE. I do understand why some do. Until they are BiS, they get worked over.

To be fare, your group attacks solos and you think thats ok. and that is ok. Its part of the game.

For some classes deftard build is only way to play because dps spec nerfed to the ground. Also you have to keep in mind, deftard builds have really low damage output so this build will only kill solo new players in rvr.

Let’s be real—the WE’s DPS is more than solid, and the defensive build is by no means a “backup option.” No, WEs running defensive/regen builds are just trying to lock in a win; they’re not after flashy plays or any real challenge. And don’t even get me started on those ridiculous disengage skills. Sure, you can talk about clearly busted classes like WL, AM, Shaman, and others that are honestly struggling, like SL, BW, or Sorc—but out of all classes, a WE in a def/regen build is by far the most broken. Of course, this is just my opinion, but it comes from way too many years in RoR and a ton of rerolls.

parry/riposte is just a meme build. They have no chance against magic + glass cannon melee can easily kill her from back.

Absolutely insane take on this topic. Anyone defending def/regen WE at this point is either playing one themselves or lack the knowledge to understand how a class like WE should function and why it shouldn't be nearly as tanky as it is.
There is NO excuse to have a class with near permanent bubbles, multiple engages/disengages, STEALTH to pick the fights you want, the ability to stack skyhigh parry AND regeneration on top plus high dps which, by the way, is mostly magical. What you end up with is an absolute abomination of a class with a missing identity. The class was designed as an assassin, something with a lot of damage that excels at 1v1'ing unprepared or bad enemies, not to be this near impossible to beat nightmare it is right now.
The statement of it "only killing solo new players" couldn't be further from the truth. My sov SM basically auto loses against a def WE (crit build specifically for solo roaming with 77% parry and 600+ toughness) unless I go boring regen+procc build myself and even then it's a tough fight that can go either ways. "really low damage" also doesn't apply, their initial WB burst chunks me for easily half my life. There are well known solo roamers, like Yoluigi further up, agreeing that the class is beyond busted currently and yet here you are claiming it's only good against new players.
